Mandy Lawrence

Mandy Lawrence is an experienced multi-site healthcare leader who has distinguished herself throughout her career. With a nursing degree and an MBA, she brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Guided by the mission of U.S. Urology Partners to provide high-quality urological care in the communities we serve, Mandy is focused on strengthening the systems and support needed to ensure patients receive the highest quality, pathway-driven, evidence-based care.

She partners closely with the Medical Advisory Board and its subcommittees to help create a best-in-class, measurable patient experience for those who entrust us with their care. Believing that the patient experience should serve as a strategic engine rather than simply a support function, Mandy is committed to collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance care, improve outcomes, and elevate the patient and family experience.

Before joining U.S. Urology Partners, Mandy was Division Vice President at Center for Autism and Related Disorders, managing the East Division comprised of 20 states. She previously served as Regional Vice President of Operations for Compassus. During her tenure, her region was recognized as a leader in growth, profitability and quality. In addition to organic growth, Mandy successfully integrated several newly acquired locations into the organization.

Mandy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from William Woods University. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Mandy returned to William Woods University for her graduate work, where she was awarded an MBA with healthcare administration emphasis.
