Kiersten O’Hara

Kiersten O’Hara is an experienced human resources professional with over 15 years of progressive HR experience, most of which have been dedicated to the dynamic and mission-driven healthcare industry. Prior to joining U.S. Urology Partners, Kiersten served as the HR Director at Urology of Indiana where she played a key leadership role in shaping the organization’s culture, driving strategic workforce initiatives and aligning HR practices with long-term business goals.

Known for her collaborative leadership and strategic insight, Kiersten has been instrumental in leading enterprise-wide HR transformations, enhancing employee experience and building high-performing teams across clinical and corporate functions. Her approach emphasizes communication, collaboration and continuous development, ensuring that people remain at the center of organizational success.

Kiersten earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Purdue University and holds a master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). In addition to her education, Kiersten holds several certifications, including Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional and Certified Predictive Index Practitioner. Her background uniquely positions her to bridge the gap between organizational strategy and human behavior—fostering workplace cultures where both people and performance thrive.
