Aaron Vixie

Aaron R. Vixie is a senior financial management leader with nearly 20 years of expertise in strategy, operations, finance, leadership and business development. Specializing in physician practices and healthcare operations, he leads financial performance while creating business value and a culture that upholds an unprecedented, unparalleled and unwavering commitment in pursuing a standard of excellence.

Mr. Vixie is Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Urology Partners. Focused on the strategic plan that will drive revenue and EBITDA growth, Mr. Vixie is responsible for providing the overall leadership of all finance and accounting functions for the company.

Previously, Mr. Vixie served as Chief Financial Officer of Aspire Allergy & Sinus, one of the largest private equity backed and most experienced allergy, asthma and sinus groups in the nation. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing all finances, audit, revenue cycle, purchasing, tax and treasury activities for the company. He was instrumental in leading financial planning, and mergers and acquisition growth.

Prior to joining Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Mr. Vixie was Chief Financial Officer for JOL Healthcare, Inc., a home health and hospice company that serves patients across the state of Texas. Mr. Vixie was responsible for overseeing all finances, financial planning and strategic growth for the company. He  held a dual role as Chief Operating Officer during his tenure. As COO, he oversaw sales, marketing and business development to drive admission and census growth as well as all clinical operations. He was also instrumental in building key relationships with physicians and hospitals.

Prior to joining JOL Healthcare, Inc., Mr. Vixie was at JB Developers, Inc. (JBDEV) as the Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Aaron led JBDEV’s vision, strategy, sales and financial performance to ensure it provided its 120+ hospital clients with best-in-class innovative time and attendance technology and workforce management solutions. Mr. Vixie briefly held the role as CFO during his tenure at JBDEV.

Prior to joining JBDEV, Mr. Vixie was Executive Director of Financial Operations for the Northern California Division of Adventist Health, a network of 28 hospitals with annual revenues of $5B. Mr. Vixie provided leadership and fiscal oversight of a clinic system that supported 5 hospitals comprised of multi-specialty and primary care.

Prior to joining Adventist Health, Mr. Vixie served as Vice President of Operations at Lone Star Circle of Care, one of the nation’s largest FQHC’s located in Austin, Texas. Prior to his role as VP of Operations, Mr. Vixie was a Practice Administrator and Senior Financial Analyst at Lone Star Circle of Care.

Before venturing into the healthcare industry, Mr. Vixie held several management, sales, operations and customer service roles with publicly traded companies such as PulteGroup, Inc., one of America’s largest homebuilding companies, and Dell Inc., a global technology leader in computer and peripherals.

Mr. Vixie earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Walla Walla University, College Place, WA. He earned his MBA from La Sierra University, Riverside, CA.
