Chris Boult
Chief Information Officer
Chris Boult has over two decades of experience as a global technology leader driving business innovation. He was most recently a partner at Fortium Partners after serving as CIO at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, a Blackstone private equity backed behavioral health company where he led the front-office and back-office transformation programs to successful outcomes, while also leading the digital marketing initiatives. At CARD, Chris drove innovation agendas such as the use of VR, robotics and other emerging technologies.
Previously, Chris was EVP & CIO of CEC Entertainment, a family entertainment company owned by private equity firm Apollo Global Management. The company operates and franchises Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza venues across the U.S. and in more than 15 countries around the world. As a senior change leader, Chris drove business transformation and customer experience initiatives.
Before that, Chris served as CIO of Greyhound Lines Inc., at the time owned by First Group (LSE: FGP). With a focus on the customer experience, Chris led efforts to increase brand engagement and loyalty with a focus on leveraging mobile and web capabilities. His team built out the consumer-facing platforms to generate insights on customer behavior, drive revenue growth and increase operational effectiveness. Earlier, Chris led the successful integration of Greyhound’s technology organization into a North America shared service function.
Earlier in his career, Chris was Vice President of Infrastructure and Data Services at Sabre Holdings (NASDAQ: SABR), a technology solutions provider to the global travel and tourism industry. His responsibilities covered complex systems and platforms that positioned Sabre to offer a broad range of technology solutions including data-driven business intelligence, mobile, travel distribution and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to the travel industry. He led global teams to develop and support customer facing applications including travel advisory and alerting, instant merchandising and loyalty.
As a Partner of Accenture PLC (NYSE: ACN), Chris served clients in the retail and transportation sectors, where he focused on application management and infrastructure outsourcing services. He advised executives and management teams on IT-related initiatives covering merchandising, planning, warehouse management and technology infrastructure. Of note, Chris led the global ERP rollout for a major staffing company. He also managed delivery of client services through both onshore and offshore models.
Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. He speaks French, German and Italian. Chris continues to leverage his multilingual and multicultural skills to build strong relationships of trust with his clients and his teams.
A sought-after business advisor and coach, Chris is an ambassador and mentor at RevTech Ventures, as well as an Advisory Board Member for the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. He serves on the Advisory Boards of Betterez, SMC2, and Maxxsure. Chris is the Advisory Board Chair for the North Texas chapter of Best Buddies, a global non-profit focused on the IDD (Intellectual and developmental Disability) community.
