Britt Moster

Britt Moster is a proven healthcare leader with more than three decades of experience in the industry. She joined Urology of Indiana, one of the nation’s premier urology practices, as Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Urology of Indiana provides comprehensive urologic care in 14 locations, including Center of Excellence facilities, regional clinics and two Integrated Cancer Centers for Prostate Cancer, serving people throughout Indiana and the Midwest.

Ms. Moster was previously Vice President of Operations for American Health Network, an independent multi-specialty group that has since become part of Optum Health. She was responsible for all Indiana operations, including 170 physicians in multiple practice sites throughout the state delivering primary care, specialty care, employer health services and ancillary services.

For more than 20 years, Ms. Moster specialized in providing accounting, tax and consulting services exclusively to healthcare providers. She was with the boutique accounting firm Heaton & Eadie for more than 10 years, rising to the level of Partner. Ms. Moster focused on serving physician practices, surgery centers and physician/health system joint ventures. She further expanded her expertise in healthcare consulting and business valuation as Partner at Katz, Sapper & Miller when the firms merged in 2008.  Ms. Moster is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, and is a certified public accountant.
